  本研究利用响应面法优化玉米秸秆酶解条件,在酶解温度51.8 ℃,pH 4.84、酶用量9.00 FPU/g TS的条件下,氢气产量达到208.1 mL/g TVS。玉米秸秆经稀酸水解和纤维素酶水解后纤维素和半纤维素被降解,天然产氢微生物主要利用其产生的可溶性糖发酵产氢。另外,天然产氢微生物也具有直接降解纤维素发酵产氢的能力。
